Gameday Express Rider Terms and Conditions
By purchasing, receiving, or using a Gameday Express ticket, each passenger agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Shared Transportation Service
Gameday Express is a shared transportation service. Passengers may include individuals and groups departing from multiple pickup locations. All riders are expected to be courteous, respectful, and considerate of other passengers, drivers, staff members, and members of the public.
Harassment, threatening behavior, fighting, excessive profanity, disruptive conduct, or any behavior that interferes with the safety or enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.
2. Tickets, Refunds, and Transfers
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
Tickets cannot be moved, credited, or exchanged for a different game, event, date, route, or departure location.
Tickets are transferable to another passenger. The person using the transferred ticket must comply with these Terms and Conditions and may be required to provide the original purchaser’s name or booking information.
Failure to arrive at the designated pickup location by the scheduled departure time will be considered a no-show and will not qualify for a refund or credit.
3. Food and Beverages
Passengers may bring food and beverages aboard the vehicle. Riders are responsible for properly securing their items and cleaning up all food, beverage containers, and personal trash before leaving the vehicle.
Glass containers, messy foods, or items that may create a safety hazard may be restricted at the discretion of the driver or Gameday Express staff.
4. Alcohol
Alcohol may be permitted aboard the vehicle for passengers who are at least 21 years old, subject to applicable laws and company policies.
Passengers may be required to provide valid government-issued identification. Alcohol may not be provided to or consumed by anyone under the age of 21.
All passengers consuming alcohol must drink responsibly. Excessive drinking, public intoxication, disruptive behavior, or conduct that creates a safety concern is prohibited.
Gameday Express and its drivers reserve the right to refuse boarding, discontinue alcohol consumption, confiscate prohibited items, or remove a passenger who appears overly intoxicated, disruptive, threatening, or unsafe. A passenger removed or denied transportation will not receive a refund, credit, or alternative transportation.
5. Music and Noise
Personal radios, speakers, boomboxes, karaoke equipment, and other devices that play music or amplified sound outside of headphones are not permitted.
Passengers using phones, tablets, or other electronic devices must use headphones and keep the volume at a level that does not disturb other riders.
6. Passenger Safety
Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is moving and must use an available seatbelt whenever one is provided.
Passengers may briefly leave their seats to use an onboard restroom when necessary. Riders should use handrails, move carefully, and return to their seats promptly.
Standing in the aisle, dancing, blocking emergency exits, sitting on armrests, or moving unnecessarily throughout the vehicle while it is in motion is prohibited.
Passengers must follow all safety instructions given by the driver or Gameday Express staff.
7. Cleanliness and Damage
Passengers must clean up after themselves and leave their seating area in reasonably clean condition.
Additional cleaning, repair, or damage charges may be assessed when a passenger or group causes excessive trash, spills, stains, bodily-fluid cleanup, broken equipment, damaged seats, or other damage beyond normal use.
Passengers who leave excessive messes, damage a vehicle, or repeatedly disregard company policies may be prohibited from using Gameday Express in the future.
The ticket purchaser may be held responsible for cleaning or damage caused by the purchaser or members of the purchaser’s group.
8. Prohibited Conduct and Items
The following are prohibited:
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Smoking, vaping, or tobacco use inside the vehicle
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Fighting, harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
- Tampering with vehicle equipment or emergency exits
- Throwing objects from the vehicle
- Conduct that distracts the driver or interferes with safe vehicle operation
- Any activity prohibited by federal, state, or local law
9. Removal or Refusal of Service
Gameday Express reserves the right to refuse transportation or remove any passenger whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, excessively intoxicated, threatening, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
When reasonably possible, a removed passenger will be dropped off at a safe, well-lit public location. The passenger will be responsible for arranging and paying for any additional transportation.
Removal, refusal of service, or missed transportation resulting from a passenger’s behavior will not qualify for a refund or credit.
10. Departure and Return Transportation
Passengers are responsible for arriving at the correct pickup and return locations on time.
Vehicles cannot be held for passengers who are late, separated from their group, delayed inside the stadium, or unable to locate the designated meeting point.
Gameday Express is not responsible for missed transportation resulting from a passenger’s failure to follow the provided schedule, instructions, or meeting-location information.
11. Personal Property
Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings. Gameday Express is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or left aboard a vehicle.
Passengers should clearly label important belongings and check their seating area before exiting.
12. Schedule and Service Changes
Pickup times, departure locations, routes, vehicles, and schedules may be adjusted due to traffic, road closures, law-enforcement instructions, stadium requirements, weather, mechanical issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.
Gameday Express does not guarantee an exact arrival time and is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, event operations, security procedures, or other circumstances outside its control.
13. Acceptance of Terms
Purchasing, accepting, transferring, or using a Gameday Express ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The ticket purchaser is responsible for making these terms available to all passengers included in the purchaser’s reservation or group.
